Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Melbourne, with opportunities to work remotely. Our team is committed to flexibility and wellbeing, and we offer a range of benefits to support your work-life balance.

The role reports to the Manager of Support and Projects and forms part of a global team that includes North America and Europe. You will work as part of a small Melbourne team serving clients across the Asia-Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and other channels
  • Assisting new client implementations with configuration and testing of solutions
  • Detailing assessment of issues, estimating resource requirements, and delivering resolutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and a strong support ethic

Experience working in a customer service role, preferably within a support environment

Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with people at senior levels of the organisation
