Job Title: Technical Support Professional 

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our organization for an initial 6 months with possible extensions. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills and experience working in medium/large IT, change and/or transformation projects or programs as a support officer.

Key Responsibilities
