Our Medical Visa Services team delivers health assessments on behalf of the Australian Government to customers applying for visas to live, work or study in Australia. About the Role
As a receptionist/concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers in our Visa Medical Assessment Centres. You'll provide information and instructions to guide customers through the medical assessment process, ensuring they're aware of what they need to do and why.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Conduct identity and security checks, escalating any identified risks
• Process payments via EFTPOS
• Confirm customer documentation is completed to requirements and process forms
• Confirm which examinations the customer is required to complete and explain this to the customer
• Enter required data and information into customer management systems and databases
• Explain the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensure the customer understands the key elements of the process

We're looking for a customer-focused, professional, and service-oriented individual with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. You'll need to be able to work effectively within a structured environment, adhering to established processes and quality standards.
