As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our VFX studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties:
    • Welcoming visitors, clients, and staff with a professional demeanor.
    • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
    • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Office Management and Administrative Support:
    • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and kitchen stock.
    • Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
    • Liaising with building management and service providers for maintenance and repair issues.
  • Client and Vendor Services:
    • Assisting with client hospitality, including arranging refreshments and catering.
    • Ensuring clients and visitors have a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • People + Culture Team Assistance:
    • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees and interns.
    • Maintaining employee records and managing HR-related documentation.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in office management, reception, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Google Workspace and Adobe Suite.
