Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for high-level staff and clients
- Phone correspondence
- Managing passes and assisting and attending to visitors' inquiries
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Helping to coordinate company events and functions
- Any ad-hoc duties or PA duties needed from the staff
- Strong written and verbal correspondence on behalf of the company
Requirements:
- Professional approach and presentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Warm and friendly approach
- You should be happy to take ownership of your space and the role at hand
