This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist/Concierge to join a vibrant team in one of Sydney's most stunning office spaces. As the first point of contact, you will be dealing with high-level clients checking into the building.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for high-level staff and clients
  • Phone correspondence
  • Managing passes and assisting and attending to visitors' inquiries
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Helping to coordinate company events and functions
  • Any ad-hoc duties or PA duties needed from the staff
  • Strong written and verbal correspondence on behalf of the company

Requirements:

  • Professional approach and presentation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Warm and friendly approach
  • You should be happy to take ownership of your space and the role at hand
