Bupa Medical Visa Services is a leading provider of health assessments for visa applicants in Australia. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused receptionist to join our Sydney team.
About the RoleAs a receptionist/concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in our Visa Medical Assessment Centres. Your primary responsibility will be to provide information and instructions to guide our customers through the medical assessment process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct identity and security checks and escalate any identified risks
- Process payments via EFTPOS
- Confirm customer documentation is completed to requirements and process forms
- Confirm which examinations the customer is required to complete and explain this to the customer
- Enter required data and information into customer management systems and databases
- Explain the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensure the customer understands the key elements of the visa medical examination process
We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a structured environment. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and staff, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
