Corporate Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients and visitors
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and well-organized
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing meeting rooms, and coordinating office events
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as required
About You:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a corporate support role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A positive, professional demeanor with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Sydney CBD
