Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our office team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and suppliers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, documenting and coordinating tasks related to procurement of goods, services and vendor contracts. They will also liaise with clients, suppliers, manufacturers and service provider personnel professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement plans to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Tender Management: Prepare tender packages and manage the tender process from start to finish.
- Contract Administration: Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contract administration.
- 5 Years' Experience: In a similar role or in contract administration.
- Australian Standards: Understanding of Australian Standard Suite of Contracts Terms & Conditions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with varying seniority levels and analyze problems effectively.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient across Microsoft Office suite.
