Job Title: Key Contract Specialist

 

The role of the Contract Specialist is to provide critical support in the administration of prime contracts for complex projects. In this capacity, you will work closely with the project team to establish the contract baseline, including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule, and other documents incorporated in the contract.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the contract baseline, identifying key terms and conditions, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for prime contract management, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Support analysis of prime contract general terms and conditions to identify areas of potential risk and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a project change management procedure, incorporating tools and systems to track and communicate changes to customers.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and recommend actions to protect the company's interests and improve project performance.

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

A bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A collaborative approach to customer interactions is essential, along with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A law degree is preferred.

 

Working Environment:

This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills to interact effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
