Key Accountabilities:Manage general contracts: Ensure compliance and client satisfaction through daily administrative support.Coordinate tasks: Handle contract setup, amendments, renewals, and compliance requirements.Liaise effectively: Communicate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders on various service-related matters.Maintain data accuracy: Keep passenger lists, route data, maps, and documents up-to-date.Prepare claims and reports: Support in documentation and tender submissions.Communicate service disruptions: Notify clients of disruptions or changes as required.Reporting: Generate timely and accurate contractual obligation reports and performance metrics.Data management: Reconcile and ensure data integrity for compliance and audit purposes.Staff and roster management: Support driver, aide scheduling, and training compliance.Backup operations: Provide operational coverage as needed.Skills, Qualifications and Experience:Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Office, Excel & CMSOutstanding attention to detailSolid understanding of contractual conditionsStrong interpersonal communication skillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleHow to Apply Click APPLY and fill in as much information as you can in the track record section of the application, paying close attention to each question.
