Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations in our Claremont, Busselton, and Albany regions. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing our teams of Care Partners, Support Worker Team Leaders, Community Nurses, and Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the clinical operations in all three regions, ensuring high-quality care services are delivered to our clients.
  • Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they feel valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in aged care, with a strong background in home and community care.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of driving innovation, best practice, and clinical excellence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage change and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Current AHPRA registration and the right to work in Australia.
  • Full Australian driver's license and a current satisfactory National Police Certificate.
