About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Juniper Korumup, a Residential Aged Care home in Albany. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our customers, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough clinical assessments of customers to identify their needs and develop effective care plans in partnership with customers and their families.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including allied health professionals, case managers, and caregivers, to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Customer-Centered Care: Provide person-centered care that respects the dignity and autonomy of our customers, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance care delivery.
- Registration and Experience: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and previous experience working in an acute care setting.
- Clinical Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, with the ability to respond effectively to changes in customer condition.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a strong focus on customer-centered care.
