Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Job Description

This role involves developing and maintaining key account relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

As a Strategic Client Liaison, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries;
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products and services;
  • Developing and implementing customized sales strategies to meet client needs and expectations;
  • Fostering open communication channels to address client concerns and feedback;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services;
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Presenting quarterly performance reports to senior management and stakeholders;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working in a sales or account management capacity;
  • A deep understanding of the employee benefits and financial services industry;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, finance);
