At Broad Construction, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our WA Operations team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing SHEQ support services on site by preparing safety management plans, assisting and advising on site investigations, conducting SHEQ audits, and assisting with inspections to ensure compliance with our systems and legislative requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrable experience in implementing Safety Management Systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to in-house Health Safety Environment systems
- A robust understanding of Commonwealth Construction Safety legislation
- Solid communication and management skills to lead, challenge, and improve safety practices on site
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $85,000 to $110,000 AUD, depending on experience. As part of our team, you will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, a supportive and friendly environment, and the chance to work on diverse and challenging projects.
