Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly KPI bonuses and discounts across 200+ venues.

Job Description
We seek a visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, crafting innovative menus that showcase modern Australian cuisine. As a senior kitchen innovator, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale catering, managing a skilled brigade, and ensuring every dish embodies our high standards. Your passion for excellence and creativity will inspire and motivate our team, driving us towards new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented culinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase modern Australian cuisine, aligning with our brand's vision and values.
  • Oversee large-scale catering operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • Experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
