We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to join our dynamic team at PeopleIN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the mobilisation phase in supporting our recruitment consultants for a diverse range of blue- and white-collar positions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end mobilisation processes for high volumes of candidates, with a focus on mining and resources.
- Run background and VEVO checks, book medicals, and ensure applicants have the correct tickets and licenses.
- Review, screen, and coordinate candidates and contractors.
- Assist in coordinating flights and accommodation for candidates and contractors.
- Ensure inductions are completed and health and safety assessments are issued.
- Communicate with internal staff and external clients in a professional and collaborative manner.
- Provide team leadership and people management support.
- Utilize mobilisation and administration software and systems, including Excel, Success factors, SAP, ERMS, Rapid crews, and JobAdder.
- Experience in mobilisation and administration, with a focus on mining and resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in mobilisation and administration software and systems.
- Team leadership and people management experience.
