Mobilisation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mobilisation Administrator to join our team at UON Pty Ltd in Malaga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of personnel to site.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the onboarding process for new personnel, including online inductions and training requirements.
- Book and manage training sessions, including RTIO training and mandatory role-specific training.
- Arrange flights and accommodation for personnel, and maintain accurate records of travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage personnel qualifications and induction expiry dates, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining training records and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mobilisation administration, preferably in the construction or mining industry.
- Proven experience with mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and machinery to site.
- High level of computer literacy, including word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and be flexible and versatile.
- Self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when required.
