We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mobilisation Administrator to join our team at UON's Malaga office.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard personnel to site, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees, visitors, and subcontractors
- Manage training records and qualifications in QMS
- Assist with flight and accommodation queries, including on weekends
- Prepare service maintenance quotations for customer equipment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Mobilisation Administration, preferably in Construction or Mining
- Proven experience with mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and machinery
- Rio Tinto and BHP inducted (desirable)
- High level of computer literacy and organisational skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and operate autonomously
