We are seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team for a 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book flights and accommodation for personnel
  • Manage local travel through appropriate processes
  • Correspondence and roster management
  • Daily reporting data entry and organisation of management systems
  • Book pre-employment medical appointments
  • Liaise with candidates to provide onboarding documents

The role will also entail working closely with the head office manager to support our project teams and perform general administration and recruitment duties.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills with ability to prioritise tasks
  • ERMS (BHP) experience
  • Scoddle (Rio Tinto) experience
  • Workflow experience
