Job Summary:

Lead and Develop a Key Business Unit

The successful candidate will oversee and manage finance and human resource functions. This includes providing authoritative advice on practices and processes.

  • Operational and tactical human resource matters, including employment, employee relations, and industrial relations issues.
  • Strategic human resource matters, including talent management, competencies, succession planning, career development, performance management, and reporting.
  • Workplace health and safety matters relating to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate regular financial performance reporting to the Executive Leadership team.
  • Provide risk-based guidance to managers and leaders on various matters.
  • Offer analysis and advice on finance and human resources issues and performance.
  • Build relationships with corporate teams to enhance capability and confidence of managers and directors.
  • Review performance and provide input into strategic workforce and operational plans.
  • Implement best practice systems and procedures.
  • Establish positive working relationships with stakeholders.
