This is a key leadership role that demands an experienced professional in the agribusiness sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a national team to drive growth in the agricultural and farming sectors.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a matrix structure team to deliver property/asset valuation services and business development initiatives.
- Identify and secure key new business opportunities, align tender strategies with commercial goals, and deliver high-quality property/asset valuation services.
- Develop and implement strategic channel plans to drive growth in the agricultural and farming sectors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Financial Analytics.
- Significant experience in the Agricultural, Agribusiness, and/or Farming valuation sectors.
- Proven business development capabilities with experience in tender and/or contract negotiation.
- Qualifications, knowledge, and/or experience in property or asset valuation, preferably within the agribusiness sector.
- Experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
- High-level proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
