This role requires strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and priorities accurately and reliably. Proficiency in QikKids software system and Microsoft Suite experience are highly desirable.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a working knowledge of CCSS Guidelines and current Working with Children's Check and Anaphylaxis/Asthma/CPR/First Aid Certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors with a friendly and professional manner, recording all visits securely
  • Conduct tours, assist with new team orientations and enrolments efficiently
  • Manage parents' accounts using QikKids and Salesforce systems, following up on payments as needed
  • Liaise with external suppliers and report back to the Centre Director with quotes and expenditure requests
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately and reliably

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in QikKids software system desirable
