About This Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a skilled professional to lead the care team in our facility. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership to a team of nursing staff, ensuring high-quality person-centred care is delivered to all residents.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the incident management process, restrictive practice processes, and supporting timely incident investigation. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and participating in an after-hours on-call roster.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' clinical experience, with a focus on providing person-centred care and a commitment to the needs of older people. They will possess advanced knowledge and experience in best practice dementia care, clinical care coordination, and aged care standards.
