As an Arranger Conductor, you have the opportunity to serve families in your local community and make a lasting impact. This role requires you to plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family, working closely with them from first contact to guide them through what is required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service ethos, pride themselves on service delivery, problem-solving and customer satisfaction, and be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased. They should also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a full unrestricted driver's license.
As part of this role, you will work in well-designed and fitted out locations with the latest facilities to assist in providing an exceptional client family experience. You will receive tailored induction and training programs, reward and recognition programs, and birthday and paid parental leave.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family
