Role Description

This is part-time 13hrs per week on Monday and Wednesday, for a Community Garden Coordinator located in Goodwood. The Community Garden Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the community garden, including organizing garden events, overseeing a team of volunteers and participants, engaging with community members, and ensuring the garden is maintained. The coordinator will also be responsible for community outreach and organizing activities that promote community involvement and education. With the potential to shift to an online connection with digital content created.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Event Planning and Community Organizing
  • Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
  • Passion for gardening and sustainability
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • experince with online content and creating reels.
