Job Opportunity

 

A key position within airport operations is available, where expertise will drive safety, efficiency, and the future direction of Melbourne Airport's aviation environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage access licensing for airside operations to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Oversee critical aviation systems such as driver and vehicle control management, ensuring performance, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Monitor and improve aircraft turnaround processes through data insights.
  • Drive stakeholder collaboration across ground handlers, airlines, and teams for safe and efficient operations.
  • Lead operational performance reporting and analysis, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure systems meet business needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and leading licensing agreements in high-risk environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling, and turnaround activities.
  • ICAM Lead Investigator
  • IATA Ground Operations (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations and ICAO Annexes.
  • Experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems and incident investigations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills within complex settings.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in report writing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs.
