Job Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the safety and efficiency of Melbourne Airport's aviation environment. As a Senior Advisor, you will contribute to governance, stakeholder accountability, and performance across critical airside operations and systems.

Your key responsibilities will include managing access licensing for airside operations, overseeing aviation systems, monitoring and improving aircraft turnaround processes, driving stakeholder collaboration, leading reporting and analysis of operational performance, and managing SaaS vendor relationships.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements in a high-risk, customer-focused operational environment. They will also have in-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling and turnaround activities, as well as strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within complex operational settings.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring all personnel, vehicles and equipment meet compliance standards, while also driving process improvements and analytical mindset to interpret data and drive change.
