Customer Service and Administration Associate

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service to our growing department. Your main responsibilities will include providing great customer service, accurate information, and completed paperwork to internal and external customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide effective and timely responses to customer requests and contribute to sales targets;
- Continually develop and improve knowledge of our products and remain up to date with current building codes;
- Identify areas and functions within sales that can be improved;
- Understand and work with our credit department and actively support fellow members of the customer service team;
- Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements;
Requirements
- Data Entry - Essential;
- Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role;
- A positive attitude and commitment to safe work practices;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities;
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
