ServiceNow ITOM Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Develop and manage Service Portal components to ensure a seamless user experience for stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Evaluate and optimize the performance of ITOM processes across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with ITSM, development, and infrastructure teams to align ITOM with business objectives and workflows.
  • Plan and execute integrations between ITOM and external systems, tools, and environments.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing ITOM processes.
  • Lead and support ServiceNow ITOM-related upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
  • Design automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and create custom workflows within the Service Portal to enhance IT self-service capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) certification.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools or platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and integrating with ServiceNow.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of network and infrastructure operations, including monitoring tools and processes.
