We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of ITSM modules, including ITOM, Discovery Modules, Asset Management, Self-Service & Service Catalog Module of ServiceNow. They will also have experience with custom app development, CSM, and Portal design.

In addition to technical skills, we require strong analytical and design skills, as well as excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with business and functional resources to develop sustainable business solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop, test and implement solutions in the ServiceNow platform based on business requirement specifications.
  • Execute technical solutions as a ServiceNow consultant, taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in administration/configuration/upgrade of ServiceNow.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM Modules, ITOM, Discovery Modules, Asset Management, Self-Service & Service Catalog Module of ServiceNow.
  • Experience with custom app development, CSM, and Portal design.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong analytical and design skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business and functional resources to develop sustainable business solutions.
  • Ability to document technical specifications.

The role requires working closely with SMEs and current team members to follow change control procedures, perform environment refreshes, and maintain different environments. The successful candidate will form part of an upgrade team to execute upgrades and updates, possessing an in-depth understanding of the environment and business systems requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform key accountabilities of the job required.
