We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be working on building and maintaining scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs.

The Role

This is a hands-on position that involves working across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM. You will have opportunities to innovate and collaborate with various teams.

  • Develop solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications
  • Design workflows, service catalogs, portals, and integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications and performance
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Experience with scoped app development and integrations
  • Familiarity with platform security and compliance

Essential Skills

You should have proficiency in:

  • JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
  • ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Sales & Order Management
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub
  • Familiarity with update sets, ACLs, and security configuration
Desirable Skills

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS or experience with DevOps tools would be advantageous.
