About This RoleThis pivotal position plays a key part in shaping and leading our organisation-wide approach to safety, risk, and governance.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement integrated frameworks for Work Health and Safety (WHS), risk, and business continuity.
- Manage the corporate Risk Register and incident reporting systems.
- Provide expert advice and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.
- Oversee governance, policy development, and accreditation processes.
This role also involves leading and developing a high-performing team responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our people and the integrity of our operations.
You Will Bring:- Proven experience in a senior safety, risk, or governance role.
