Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and risk management across all departments.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Risk Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact our organization's operations, assets, and reputation. You will work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure that risk management practices are implemented and maintained at all levels.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as conducting regular risk assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
In addition, you will provide training and guidance to staff members on risk management best practices and assist in the development of incident reports and other documentation related to risk management activities.

- Relevant degree or diploma in a field such as occupational health and safety, risk management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a services, construction, engineering, or similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required).
