Job Opportunity: Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a contemporary health and safety professional to join our team. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in integrating the safety agenda into broader organisational objectives in a non-traditional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and solutions to all client groups
- Create safety management system documentation, training and auditing
- Champion a positive and robust Health and Safety culture at all levels of the organisation
- Participate in risk management activities, including facilitating risk assessments, contributing to the development of SOPs, conducting control verification and providing advisory services

Requirements:
- Contemporary health and safety qualifications or experience
- Ability to integrate the safety agenda into broader organisational objectives
- Engaging and people-focused approach
- Experience in providing practical Health and Safety advice, across risk assessments, hazard identification and management, leading incident investigations and debriefing, creating simple, practical yet effective user-focused documentation, and continuing the improvement of the safety management and producing data to contribute to effective reporting
