CatholicCare Sydney is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to lead our Support Recovery Program, delivering trauma-informed mental health care to victim-survivors of Family, Domestic, and Sexual Violence across Southwest Sydney.

As a key leader, you will drive excellence in trauma-informed care, working closely with a team of multi-disciplinary practitioners to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day support to practitioners from diverse professional backgrounds.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes and offer expert guidance on service delivery, team performance, and clinical standards.
  • Support staff in managing complex and high-needs clients, ensuring care aligns with qualifications and service scope.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders to meet client, community, and funding objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  • A proven track record of coordinating services and guiding individuals and teams to deliver impactful client outcomes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling, social work, nursing, or a related field.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Solid understanding of child protection, domestic and family violence legislation, and other frameworks relevant to service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, paired with strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
