Clinical Manager – Critical Incidents And Onsite Services

Our organisation seeks a seasoned Clinical Manager to oversee critical incident and onsite wellbeing services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, and the ability to foster a culture of accountability.

About the Role
  • We require a highly skilled clinical leader to manage the delivery of our Critical Incident and Onsite Wellbeing Support services. The successful candidate will ensure that Key Performance Indicators are consistently met in supporting consultants to deliver high-quality services.
  • Oversight of the management of RR and OWS clinical teams is also required, with a focus on promoting a culture of care, accountability, and recognition.
  • The role involves quarterly assessment and review of progress against key objectives, including the achievement of KPIs and high-quality service provision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving strategic objectives through effective role modelling and championing business directions, as well as providing strong leadership to staff.
  • Establishing relevant KPIs for coordinators and consultants in collaboration with the Chief Clinical Officer, reporting measures and systems tracking.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with influential decision-makers at client organisations and participating in client meetings to support clinical service delivery.
  • Providing clear processes and engaging in continuous improvement activities to maximise quality in service delivery.
  • Identifying, acting, and reporting on complaints where necessary.
  • Ensuring consultant compliance with clinical governance and service delivery standards.

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A registered Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor qualification, with at least five years' experience in a supervisory role within the organisational wellbeing industry.
  • At least 10 years' consulting experience, with a minimum of four years' experience in critical incident service delivery.
  • Proficiency in trauma-informed care and best practice service delivery.
  • Minimum five years' leadership experience in a clinical or related field.
