We are seeking an organized and detail-driven events professional to help us deliver seamless, memorable experiences from intimate celebrations to large-scale conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of functions and events.
  • Build strong client and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee logistics, staffing, and smooth event operations.
  • Support sales through proposals, contracts, and upselling opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor event staff to deliver standout experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event or hospitality management (with supervisory exposure).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with iVvy or Delphi is highly regarded.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple events at once.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
