About Our Organization:

We are a vibrant beachfront hotel located in Sydney's stunning Northern Beaches, just 100 meters from Manly Beach and within a 5-minute walk of the bustling wharf.

Our hotel offers a range of amenities, including an in-house bar, yoga studio, professional kitchen, full social events & activities, and cozy shared or private rooms.

We are currently seeking a full-time Event Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and plan exciting and memorable events for our guests, including parties, live entertainment, and recreational activities.

- Promote Stoke's events, activities, and entertainment to potential attendees.

- Ensure seamless event execution by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and entertainers.

- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and catering arrangements.

- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

- Comply with relevant regulations and guidelines during event planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.

- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

- Creativity and attention to detail for designing unique and memorable events.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
