Job Overview

A dynamic and ambitious professional is required to manage the events calendar, advise on event planning, and identify opportunities that align with our guiding principles.

This role involves working closely with the Events Manager to ensure seamless execution of events in Sydney and at external venues. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice to practice groups and industry partners on event planning, leveraging their expertise to drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Events Manager to manage the Sydney events calendar, ensuring timely and efficient event execution.
  • Provide expert advice to practice groups and industry partners on event planning, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Lead end-to-end event management for client events, webinars, and office-wide staff events, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event management within a professional services or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent administrative background, including CRM content management and customer service.
  • Strong project management skills, including defining activities, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes, taking the lead in managing in-person and virtual webinars.
