The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality event support and coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating logistics and setup for events
- Managing financials and budgeting
- Researching venues, negotiating quotes, and sourcing materials
- Communicating event details and requirements to supporting departments
- Attending events and assisting with on-site logistics and running of the event
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Completed tertiary qualifications in event management or marketing
- Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate events, business development within a professional services environment
- Strong administration, organisational, and time management skills
