  • Drive customer success through expert-level guidance on Kubernetes, container platforms, and AI/ML workloads.
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise to influence customer decisions and drive satisfaction with Nutanix solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver advanced technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead pre-sales engagements, providing expert-level domain knowledge on Kubernetes architecture, cluster management, networking, storage, security best practices, Observability stack, and service mesh.
  2. Engage with technical leadership and executive stakeholders to build strong relationships and progress large strategic opportunities.
  3. Develop and present customized demos and proof-of-concepts that address specific customer pain points and drive adoption.
  4. Maintain expertise in Nutanix Kubernetes Platform, AI/ML, and Cloud Native technologies, staying informed about competitive solutions and industry trends.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver enablement programs for customers, partners, and employees.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or solution architecture role, with a focus on Kubernetes, Cloud Native, AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes, and container platforms.
  • Expert-level experience with at least two different Kubernetes platforms and hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, DevOps workflows, and open-source technologies in the Cloud Native ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of MLOps, optimizing, and deploying AL/ML workloads on Kubernetes, as well as experience training sales and technical personnel on Kubernetes architectures and Cloud Native solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally to drive customer adoption and sales success.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational abilities.
