Mobile Plant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mobile Plant Supervisor to coordinate major shut down projects, supervise teams of tradesmen, and ensure the safety of operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective planning, resourcing, and communication with key stakeholders for major shut down projects
  • Assisting in preparing work scopes, costing, scheduling, project planning, and execution to completion
  • Ensuring all reporting needs and administrative functions required by the company and customer are completed promptly and regularly
  • Supervising accuracy and timeliness of time sheets and sub-contract documentation for prompt job costing
  • Identifying continuous improvements within your area of responsibility

Requirements include:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or technical role with mobile plant equipment
  • Appropriate Trade / Post Trade Qualifications and related Product Training
  • Intermediate PC Skills, ability to analyze technical data and reports
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a safety focus and abide by site safety processes
  • Relevant Trade Certificate - Mobile Plant Mechanic (HD Diesel Fitter - Earthmoving/Heavy Transport) coupled with extensive experience and knowledge in repairing, servicing, and maintaining mobile plant equipment
  • Strong ability to adapt yourself to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads
