Hotel Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in hotel management. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily hotel operations to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Schedule and coordinate activities across departments to maintain high-quality service standards
  • Analyse guest feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement health and safety protocols throughout the hotel
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing training and support to maintain high service standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a related role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, particularly Opera
