**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the solar sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding targets, a deep understanding of the solar market, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B solar sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Prepare and present proposals to key decision-makers
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar field, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Extensive knowledge of the solar market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
