Job Summary:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our premium beverage portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and producers
  • Improve commercial viability of the range through manufacturing expertise
  • Own the New Product Development pipeline
  • Identify and engage with domestic and international brand owners for long-term exclusivity
  • Maintain best-in-class relationships with exclusive brand owners and work with marketing teams
  • Ensure alignment on project deliveries and timelines with Project Management team

About You:

  • Degree qualified in Business or similar field
  • 5+ years experience in retail or FMCG buying
  • Intermediate MS Office experience
  • Knowledge of merchandising, sourcing and manufacturing principles
  • Strong business acumen, numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a customer team
