Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to drive the success of our iconic venue. This rare opportunity will see you leading one of our biggest precincts, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver quality guest experiences through carefully curated food, beverages, retail, operations, and ambiance;
  • Drive innovation in venue direction and product development;
  • Exhibit elite leadership across all areas of the business;
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve results;
  • Support asset protection and risk mitigation strategies;
  • Recruit, induct, and retain top talent;
  • Partner effectively with community stakeholders;
Requirements
  • A strong background in licensee and compliance;
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large-scale or multi-site venue;
  • Hospitality background with knowledge of Work Health & Safety and Regulatory Compliance;
  • Commercially astute people management skills;
  • Exceptional financial acumen;
  • Ability to bring ideas and initiative to the table and drive growth;
  • Passion for leading and developing a team;
