Job Description

This position involves supporting production teams on the floor and behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance management, sick leave enquiries, compliance and HR administration.


The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or production, or leadership experience in a production environment with HR or management studies and an interest in transitioning into HR.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or production OR leadership experience in a production environment with HR or management studies and an interest in transitioning into HR
  • Confidence to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Knowledge in WHS legislation to ensure the safety of all employees
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel
