HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Business Partners by providing operational and project support across the employee lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering people-focused HR solutions and supporting a dynamic workforce. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our leaders and team members, assisting in resolving frontline employee enquiries, and guiding leaders with the right tools and advice.

You will also coordinate and help deliver national HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, and talent programs, ensuring smooth and consistent execution across the business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR roles, including exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance matters
  • Proficiency in navigating a range of HRIS systems and Microsoft office suite of applications
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
