Human Resources Advisor


About the Role:

This role plays a crucial part in supporting Human Resource Business Partners by providing operational and project support across the entire employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering people-focused solutions and supporting a dynamic workforce.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support to leaders and team members on HR-related queries.
  • Deliver HR reports and project tasks on time, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements:
  1. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR roles, including exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance matters.
  3. Proficiency in navigating various HRIS systems and Microsoft office suite applications.
  4. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
