We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the successful completion of commercial fit-out projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and have a proven track record in leading and motivating teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead site operations for commercial fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery and compliance with all project specifications and timelines.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet all fit-out specifications and project deadlines.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the fit-out process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, architects and engineers to ensure that project objectives are fully met.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress closely and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the fit-out phase.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial fit-outs, working for a well-known tier 2/3 builder.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced fit-out environment.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and site teams.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Quality Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality fit-out projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
